Return Policy
Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival.

We do not offer refunds.

We offer online store credit only within 10 days from the date you receive your order. That date is determined by the date of delivery/tracking information from our shipper. If any issues arise with your shipment after we have received delivery confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper directly for further information.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached.
If you receive a damaged item:
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and pic of damage to We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. We do not warranty jewelry, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.
For returns (store credit):
You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time–Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.

**Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout and it will deduct your store credit from your total.

We have limited stock on our website, therefore we cannot guarantee an exchange. We’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible so if the right item is available you can use you credit to purchase it!


We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 2 to 3 business days. If you need expedited shipping, there is an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange.
